Any fees your bank or an intermediary bank deduct for the transfer are not reimbursed by us. It is recommended you do not transfer from international accounts or cross currency accounts.

We don't accept credit cards as such.
This is because the fees associated are not within our business parameters.
Your whole account balance can be drawn on at any time.
If we accepted transfer methods with merchant fees we could not offer unrestricted cashing out of your funds. We also believe it is better not to gamble with borrowed funds.

We do not offer a welcome bonus, just as a bank would rarely pay you to open an account. If we paid you to open an account we would also need a way to prevent you from drawing on it, which is completely against core values.
